A. The [Lucky Draw Contest – Win Sip & Savour night] (“Campaign”) is organized by Albertwines2u and is valid from 4 – 31st August 2023.
B. The Campaign is open to all customers who purchase on our website, https://www.albertwines2u.com.my/, during the Campaign period.
C. All purchases during the campaign period will enter into the final lucky draw, and a total of 10 winners will be invited (2 persons per winner).
D. The winner will be announced via Albertwines2u’s official Facebook by 1st September at 12 pm. https://www.facebook.com/AlbertWines2u
E. The Lucky Draw winners will be selected randomly from eligible participants after the Campaign period ends. Winners will be notified via email, WhatsApp or based on the contact information provided during the purchase.
F. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.
G. Employees and immediate family members of Albertwines2u are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
H. By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any decisions made by Albertwines2u, which are final and binding.
I. Albertwines2u reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the Campaign or any part of it without prior notice or liability.
J. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
