Benedictine is a French Liqueur based on Cognacs & neutral spirits flavoured with 56 herbs and spices. Benedictine was originally created as an elixir to sustain monks as they worked. D.O.M. stands for “Deo Optimo Maximo” meaning, “To God most good, most great”. The flavour is very pungent with spices and herbs. Rich and flavoursome.

Distilled and aged in a flamboyant palace, built in Fecamp in tribute to this unique liqueur, Benedictine is a subtle alchemy of 27 different plants and spices. The production process takes place at Le Palais Benedictine, located in the heart of Fecamp, where its secrets have been passed down from generation to generation for over 500 years. Benedictine is united by a quest to achieve the extraordinary that begins with benedictine monk Dom Bernado Vincelli and the Abbey of Fecamp in Normandy, France.
