Chateau Marsyas White
RM216.0
This unusual blend of 70% Chardonnay & 30% Sauvignon Blanc from this unusual region brings an intense white wine, deeply flavourful and balanced with a great minerality. Fresh, floral and expresses white fruits such as peaches and pears, with an elegant attack, round and fresh with a hint of minerality. Good finish on white fruits with a beautiful acidity. A rich and complex white wine.

Description
Deeply rooted in the Levant, the Johnny R. Saade family, with his two sons Karim and Sandro, translates its passion for vines through the creation of Chateau Marsyas, a premium Lebanese wine, in the southern part of the Bekaa valley. The Saade family, of eastern christian origins, is a typical representative of Levantine syncretism with roots in the coastal city of Latakia as well as Antioch, Alexandria, Tripoli (Lebanon) and Mount-Lebanon.
Renowned for its wine culture, this ancient land reveals itself to be an exceptional place for the creation of a great Lebanese wine in line with the highest quality standards. Located at an altitude of 900 meters, Chateau Marsyas is a family initiative founded on the search for excellence. Their grapes are grown organically in clay and limestone and in perfect conditions on a field of 65 hectares. The Mediterranean climate and altitude are responsible for both the strength and the elegance of the wines.
