Chateau Peyredon Lagravette - Haut-Medoc Cru Bourgeois

RM188.00

Chateau Peyredon Lagravette was acquired in the 2009’s by Stephane and Laurence Dupuch. Chateau Peyredon Lagravette benefits from an outstanding terroir positioned in the middle of prestigious neighbours such as Chateau Poujeaux, Chateau Chasse Spleen and Chateau Maucaillou. At Chateau Peyredon Lagravette, the golden rule is to respect traditions: they cultivate vines using no weed killers and harvest by hand. They use Bordeaux mixture to combat any disease, farming organically their estate without any chemicals.   The wine presents a lovely intense purplish ruby colour with dark tints. It has an amazingly complex nose with aromas of black fruit that are dominated by black berry and raspberry. It has a pleasant grilled flavour, is very round and rich, and is remarkably balanced overall with elegant, mellow tannin. It has an equally appealing, long finish.   Falstaff: 90/92Pts; Wine Enthusiast: 90Pts; Jancis Robinson: 16.5/20Pts
