RM335.00

The Perrin family is amongst the region’s most reputed family-owned producers, producing wines across the South region, including the Chateau de Beaucastel, one of the most revered Chateauneuf-du-Pape estates. For the most part, ‘Les Sinards’ is made from the young vines from Beaucastel and a neighboring vineyard farmed by the family. Handpicked, vinified using the same process as the wines of Chateau de Beaucastel. After vinification, the wines are tasted to define the blend. Finally, they are aged in oak foudres for 2 years. Elegant, intense ruby colour. This Chateauneuf-du-Pape is the perfect combination of gourmet aromas and sweet spice notes, with a nose on cherries, cinnamon and cocoa. Its full bodied palate reveals a bouquet of red and black fruit. Well balanced with a nice acidity which underlines its fruity aromas, this wine offers a long finish. 10-year ageing potential.   Wine.com: 93Pts; Wine Spectator: 92Pts, Vinous: 92Pts Crafted from organically-grown grapes
