This wine is grown in the Maipo Valley the arid foothills of the mighty Andes mountains, where the plentiful daytime sunshine and dry soil is ideal for Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels, 1/3 new casks.  This is a bold, concentrated, structured wine showing complex notions of cassis, redcurrant, earth, coffee, mint and spice. Exquisite scent with classic notes of wild fruits, blackberries and a touch of leather. In the palate, it tastes of great elegance, soft tannins and a long aftertaste of fruits and spices, ending on notes of toasted bread.

Today, Miguel Torres Chile also focuses its commitment on organic vine-growing and Fair Trade certification for various wines. These advances have helped the company to become more sustainable, and to implement several sustainable projects. With a presence in over 100 countries, the Miguel Torres Chile family winery has established itself over the past 30 years as one of Chile's main producers of high-quality wines, through its products’ identity, respect for the environment, and social responsibility.
