Sourced from vineyards in Sancerre and in the Touraine, th clay-limestone terroir provides fruitness presence and a hint of spice to his Red Wine of character. 100% Pinot Noir, the Red Wine of this collection, is the result of rigorous sorting and selection of the berries before a cold pre-fermentation maceration for around 20 days.   This pinot has a brilliant ruby color with elegant flavors of red fruits, cherries and blackcurrants. Spicy notes lead to a finish that shows elegance and balance, while the fruit and subtle oak show the nobility of Pinot Noir. Crafted from organically-grown grapes .
